Cancellation and Return Conditions
Cancellation, return and exchange processes of the products you purchased through Beyaz Computer are carried out within the scope of the Law on Protection of Consumers No. 6502.
1. Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can cancel the order from your member panel or contact our customer service. The amount of cancelled orders is returned to your card or account within the same day. Depending on your bank, reflection time may take 1-3 business days.
2. Product Return Process
You can return the products you purchased within 14 days from the date you received them. The product to be returned must meet the following criteria:
- Its box, packaging and standard accessories (if any) must be undamaged and complete,
- It must not have lost its resaleability feature,
- It must be sent together with its original invoice, if any.
3. Products Not Accepted for Return
Personal care products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (headphones, epilators, etc.), software/game CDs with opened packaging or security tape, and single-use products are not accepted for return.
