Distance Selling Agreement

This agreement determines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose properties and sales price are specified below, which the buyer ordered electronically over the website belonging to the seller.

Article 1: Parties

Buyer: Customer placing the order.

Article 2: Subject of the Agreement and Payment

The type, quantity, brand/model, color and sales price including all taxes of the products are as specified in the order details and invoice on the website. The buyer can choose one of the options of credit card, debit card or wire transfer/EFT as the payment method.

Article 3: Delivery Terms

The product subject to the contract is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form through the cargo company, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. Shipping cost is specified during the order and reflected in the invoice.

Article 4: Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may return the product by using the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product to himself or to the person/organization at the specified address, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without showing any reason. In order to use the right of withdrawal, it is required to notify the Seller in writing within this period.
